Jarrah is one of the most unique high activity honeys in the world.  It originates in Western Australia where Jarrah trees flower every few years.

This dark honey has a remarkably high concentration of powerful bioactive compounds and enzymes. It has exceptional antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral activity, is low GI (better for diabetics) and has a strong prebiotic effect.

It is richer in antioxidants than Manuka honey. A TA of 35+ equates to an MGO in excess of 1000.

Forest Fresh Jarrah Honey will not crystalise and has a robust flavour that is very smooth with caramel tones. It is indeed exceptional.

The honey was the winner of two gold stars at the Great Taste Awards 2022.
